Dear Community,
Due to the problems we had with the SQL Server, the update must be delayed to wednesday of next week, [B]approximately.
Unfortunately, this update requires a new client and new servers, because it's imposible to run the new system in the actual servers.
So, we will open 2 new servers:
[/B]x100: a "normal" server, with normal store. But we will include in all the accounts the "premium service" (GPS , addicional inventory and warehouse slots).
x500: this server will be dedicated to those who want some fast action. Besides of the free premium service, we will offer a FULL STORE and a Reborn System.
We will keep the old servers too, but as I said, we can't update them.
This will be a new begining for all of us. We know that is difficult to start all over again, but think that we will have 2 new servers, with lot of new exciting experiences, totally clean of duped items and with a security system against cheaters.
[COLOR=White]We hope that you could understand. You all wanted a server update, well.. this is the only way that could be done.

Chaos Arena
Built in the Era of Honorable Age by “The Clan of Perfect Protectors", the Chaos Arena is a mysterious land, full of evil, danger and great rewards. Accessed through a warp in Bloody Ice, many believe that the chaos arena will provide the key to victory in the war of the nations, with victorious individuals leaving with both fame and fortune.
Basic Information
* The Chaos Arena is an instant map that will run on some channels
* The arena will open six times per day.
* There are 5 different difficulty levels for the Chaos Arena, (Listed below).
* Maximum number of players to enter each level of the Chaos Arena: 21 players
* When a chaos arena is opened on one difficulty all 5 levels on that channel are opened and a total of 105 players can join the combined levels (21 per arena x 5 different arenas). That means 525 players can enjoy chaos arena every time it is open
* Each level difficulty is restricted to character level and players must also possess an entry item which is relevant for their level (miracle key 1~5).
* Players can either craft or purchase from the Item shop, the miracle key. All necessary materials can be found in the game and should drop in regions relevant to the player’s level.
* The success rate of crafting miracle key is 100%.
Inside the Arena
* Play time in Chaos Arena: total 25 minutes
* It is not possible to enter Chaos Arena after 5 minutes of opening
* Monsters will appear as soon as the gate of Chaos Arena is destroyed.
* If players do not destroy the gate, it will be automatically destroyed after 5 minutes of opening (the gate must be attacked for this five minute countdown to be activated)
* As time goes by, higher level monsters will appear in Chaos Arena in consecutive spawns.
* Towards the end of the chaos arena boss class monsters will spawn, eventually the final boss will spawn which you must defeat to complete the dungeon.
* Items will drop from monsters
* The final boss of the Chaos Arena will drop the rarest items.
* If players are killed in Chaos Arena, they can use one odd circle only, if they do not possess an odd circle they will be moved to Bloody Ice and they have failed the Chaos Arena
Craft of entrance item – miracle key:
All of the items below will drop in a variety of hunting grounds around the game. This should correspond to the level of the chaos arena, i.e. the materials for a level 125 chaos arena will be found in high level maps.

Forgotten Temple B2F
The word challenging doesn't even begin to describe the tasks and dangers that await those who attempt to conquer this dungeon. With over twenty encounters, each more difficult than the last, not even the strongest warriors will succeed without a plan. A maze of adventure, fun and exploration, this new raiding dungeon provides a host of new quests, rare items and ugly foes to face, providing hours of excitement and entertainment.

Pets Training
Pets are a store house of abilities to augment their masters powers.
Starting off their training at level 1 they gain experience with you as you level until they reach level 10. The can have 1 skill per level and at level 10 they gain a special appearence.
Each level of a pets life they have a slot like an item which you can augment with astral force abilities. This in essence makes a pet an accessory to house special skills for your character.
Basic Information
• Training by NPC- Core Alchemist
• Pet will earn EXP while character is using Skill in condition of summoning Pet
• Unable to earn Pet EXP by Dummy Training
• Slot will be open for option training each time Pet levels up
-Basic Level : Lv.1 (for Lv.1 Pet will have 1 Slot)
-1 Slot will be open by Level up
-Max. Level : Lv.10 (Appearance of Pet will be changed in Lv. 10)
• Option Training : Force Core(Highest)
-Success Rate : 100%
-Option will be applied to the pet by random
• Pet Training type
• Appearance of pet will change at level 10
New items for Pets
• Pet Name Card - IAvailable at the Port Lux Grocer this card costs 100,000,000 alz. A renamed pet cannot be seen by the apposing nation on war channel/map they will only see the pet type name for example "Dire Boar" instead of your pets real name be it "Fluffy" or "Ralph".
• Pet Sleeping Kit
- To seal the Pet item
- Able to trade/use Personal Store the sealed Pet
- Sleeping Kit will be differentiated by Pet level
• Pet Untrain item
Item to reset all options which are belonging to Pet
Skill table:
Skill addition is performed at the Core Alchemist NPC and costs alz determined by the level and a single Force Core Highest.
- Levels 1~5 = 1,000,000 alz
- Levels 6~8 = 2,000,000 alz
- Level 9 = 3,000,000 alz
- Level 10 = 4,000,000 alz
Upgrade Window:
Upon success a random skill from the table above is applied the outcome cannot be pre determined.
 
Extension to the item upgrading system
The upgrade system now includes the ability to upgrade to +9. This is done at the core alchemists NPC. However new pitfalls await.

Item Success rate:
The maximum success rate can be acheived by combining different types of upgrade cores and extenders, the perfect cores giving the maximum value of 50%.
No matter how many cores you combine the maximum chance of success is 50% and the minimum fail rate is 25%.
The amount of rate that can be given depens on the cores quality:
Upgrade Core High = 2% rate
Upgrade Core Highest = 3% rate
Perfect core = Capped at 50%
The fail rate determins if you get an "Item failure" if you do not pass to upgrade the % chance given determins if you receive a penalty or not.
Item failure:
If you fail to upgrade an item there is a chance you can break it or destroy it depending on the item properties.
Unextended items either remain +7 or become destroyed:
Non extended item:
 --> Fail --> Destroyed
Extended items do not get destroyed totally but they do loose their extra abilities and become +0 again, they do however retain their original slots:

Elite Cabal Server Rules:
1. Discrimination warnings
No discrimination, racist comments or moves are allowed.
Permanent ban.
2. Hacks and bugs exploits
No hacks or bugs are allowed in Elite Cabal. Any player found using a hack system or abusing a bug will be punished. Bugs must be reported immediately to any Elite Cabal Staff member.
Permanent ban.
3. Buying items with real money.
It is not allowed in Elite Cabal servers to trade items for real money and any player found doing so will be punished immediately.
Permanent ban.
4. Scamming
It is very difficult to verify scams. Therefore, the only action an Elite Cabal Staff member will do if scam is verified and has enough evidence, is to ban the scammer. No items will be returned to the scammed player.
Permanent ban.
5. Accounts
The only and real owner of any Elite Cabal account is the owner of the mail registered when the Elite Cabal account was inscribed in our Database. If a player's account was hacked, keylogged, scammer, etc, the only possible action to recover it is to use Elite Cabal's password recovery system. The system will send the password to the e-mail registered to the account. If no real mail was inscribed or the player has forgot the address, the account is lost forever.
6. Using a GM name or impersonating a Staff member
To choose a nick name in game alike any Game Master official name is not allowed. If during any Database search a character is found with a GM name, it will be deleted and the account banned without warning. Impersonating a GM or a Staff member ingame will be punished too.
Permanent ban.
7. Appropriate Language
In game, being an international server, each player have these rights to use their own language to be able and contact another players in game. However only english is allowed in /L chat.
One day ban.
8. Innappropriate Language
Insults and offensive words are not allowed. This includes nicknames of characters.
One day ban. Permanent ban if a character's nickname.
9.Advertising.
Advertisement in any kind of way about other servers, scamming sites and keylogging sites are extremely prohibited. By breaking this rule will result in a hard punishment.

As the authority of the game, and as the ones working exclusive for the players outside and inside the game community, the Game Masters deserve all the respect and good treatment you can offer to them, in same way, the Game Masters will respect you, and support you, as every player deserve.Player killing and questioning a GM will not be allowed. If players need to make a request, they must do in a proper way.
Player disconnect or one week ban if the attitude persists.
11. Help Us to clean the server!
We have a special section for the user to denounce in-game abuses. It's a private section where you can post and view only your own thread with total confidentiality.

EVENTS

1- Hide and Seek ( H&S ) :
* The GM will go on invisible mode and hide somewhere in any of the maps ( less probable on a war map )
* When ready, he will shout the map where you have to find him
* The first one to find / trade him, will win
2- Drop Event
* The GM will randomly drop items on a certain location
* He will shout the location before dropping
* Pick the items first, and you win
3- Race Event
* The GM will see the starting point somewhere in a town or near a warp point
* Once everybody is there, the GM will shout the end location
* The GM will warp to the finish line, and wait for the first players
* You win by getting first from the starting location to the end location
4- Math Event
* The GM will set a meeting point where the participants will join
* Once everybody is there, you will have to sit and be quiet
* The GM will use the normal chat to ask a simple math calculation
* You win if you are the first one to pm the correct answer to the GM
5- Question and Answer ( Q&A )
* Like the Math event, the GM will set a meeting location
* Once everybody is here, you have to sit and be quiet
* The GM will use the normal chat to ask a question ( it wont be easy )
* You win by answering the first to that question by pming the GM
* Tip: You can browse on the internet for answers
6- Riddle Event
* The GM will set a meeting location or just use the Shout chat
* The GM will type a messed up word, related or not to cabal
* You will win, by adjusting the letters and pming the correct word to the GM
7- Pick My Item Event
* The GM will announce, on the Shout chat, the map where the event will be held
* Once there, the GM will randomly drop on the map, an unique item ( can variate )
* The GM will pick the item back after 5-10 seconds, if no one is picking it until then
* You win by picking the item withing the 5-10 seconds duration
* You will trade the item for your prize with the GM
8- The Fast Buyer Event
* The GM will set a meeting location using the shout chat
* Once everybody is there, the GM will go on invisible mode
* While invisible, the GM will make a Shop somewhere on that location ( mostly a town )
* The GM will sell and item ( the prize ) for 1 alz
* Once the shop is ready, the GM will go back on the visible mode
* You win by buying the item first
9- PK The GM Event
* The GM will set a meeting point
* Once everybody is there, the GM will exit the town, and everybody will be allowed to pk him
* You win if you are the one to deal the last hit on the GM ( to pk him )

i decided to give it a try, even if the last pvp event didnt went so good since ppl prefer in not using their brain while playing cabal
This event will be a Class vs Class only
so everybody can use whatever they want ( skills, buffs )
But, since we want a fair/skill event, you will use the same set and weapon...
and that will be...damascus lvl weapons and bluestin set
as for the jwls and cape, is up to u

As requested, i have started another screenshot event
The event is damn easy, You just have to take an ingame ( cabal ) picture, and turn it into a wallpaper
You can edit it or not, cut, crop, move, merge, mirror, whatever u want; But dont exaggerate, it has to show as much as cabal as possible, and not like a mini cabal picture with tones of brushes.
Rules:
- Take a screenshot of cabal ( ingame ONLY, not other wallpaper )
- Edit it if you want, but dont exaggerate
- Post it here with you ign and server under
- You can post only 1 entry / day, dont use multiple forum accounts, is easy to check ur IP

1. Hacks and bug abusers
Using any kind of hack or bugs is not allowed and will result in a permanent ban.
2. Discrimination and insults
No discrimination comments or moves are allowed, if its serious, you will be banned permanently. The seriousness of the offense will be decided in individual cases. Also less serious offenses can be punished with a time penalty of up to 7 days.
3 Harassment against players
Increased harassment particularly persistent killing of the weaker players may be punished if it discourages them from normal play. In individual cases, we can punish the player with a time penalty of 7 days.
4. Respect the GM
Respectless acting (particularly insults) against Game Masters shall be punished with a penalty of up to 15 days. Depending on the seriousness of the offense you can be excluded for ever.
5. Using a GM name
To choose a nick name in game like any Game Master official name is illegal, if any GM found a player using this, they have the rights to delete the character.
6. Report hacker and bug abuser!
If you know players who use illegal software to hack or players who abuse in-game bugs and do not report this you make yourself guilty and you can get the same punishment

EVENTS
On saturday 11.04.2009 at 09:00:00 of server's time (clock: EliteDekaron Online - EliteKingdoms.com) the GMs will spawn specific monsters:
Those monsters will drop the following items:
The players that will get those items and show them to a GM via trade window will be awarded by a +7 weapon of the class and level they choose, 1 item = 1 +7 weapon, 1 boss drops 1 or 2 of those items.
The place of spawning the mosters will be annouced in game at the event's start time.
Only one party/player gets those items so be fast and don't die. No excuses like "omg i killed it but i died and didnt get the item" aren't taken, you don't have the item, you don't get a +7.

Ingame Rules:
A-1: No hacking, no exceptions. You hack and you're banned.
A-2: Glitching qualifies as hacking, the extent of the glitch will determine the punishment. The punishment is ultimately up to the person in charge of the particular game or the Staff member who finds out you did it or their superior.
A-3: Report glitches, this goes along with the Section A-2, if you do end up finding a glitch, please report it to the appropriate department and it'll be handled with accordingly. Who knows, you might even get a reward for finding something interesting.
A-4: No swapping, or helping each other in a pass worded room with only 2 people. If we happen to find a room pass worded with only two people we WILL check it.
A-5: Harassment, trolling, racism, etc.

EVENTS
Seeing as we have none, I want to hear from YOU to see which events the community wants.
I have a few already in mind, but let's see what you can come up with.
I got:
- Hide and Seek (H&S)
- Last Man Standing (LMS)
- Kill The GM
- Race
Point system:
I depend on a system of points for all of my events. Lets say someone wins a round in Last Man Standing right? They don't win the event. They win a point. And whoever ends up with 5 or 10 points (Depending on how long I have for an event[s]) wins. For now, all I think I can give you is a Jjang (If you don't know what a Jjang is here is what it looks like: http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk145/yellowsnowcone21/images.jpg).
How you play:
- Hide and Seek - I pick a map of my choice, the game type being Team Death Match. And I'll be the only one on either team, and everyone else on the other team. Then once we start the game, I'll give the hiders at least 1 minute to go and hide in their spots. Once the time limit is over then I'll go find you. I'll kill everyone I find. The game will go until I find everyone but one. Whoever is the last person alive, gets a point.
- Last Man Standing - I pick a map of my choice, the game type will be Team Death Match. I'll be on one team and everyone else on the other. The normal players will just run around (NOT ATTACKING ME) and I'll try to kill them. Whoever is alive last will get a point.
- Kill the GM - I pick a map of my choice, the game type again being team death match. All the normal players will be on one team, me on the other. I'll be completely naked, except for staff weapons. You'll have to kill me. Whoever kills me will get a point.
- Race - This will be on special maps, but we don't have the specific ones I want. So for now it'll just be on a map of my choice, game type being Training. I'll show everyone the path to take, and wait at the end. Whoever gets to me first will get a point.
*NOTE - ON THE EVENT Hide and Seek PLAYERS MUST BE NAKED ONLY WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED.

Mayhem is a PVP event to test the skill and power of our Elite RF players.
Mayhem-II will be 2v2 only.
Only signed players will be allowed to join this particular event
RULES
- NO healing.(No HP regenerating spell/ buffs, NO VAMP weapons/armor/ accessory)
- NO HP pots of any kind
- The use of RACE WEAPON WILL NO BE ALLOWED. ( MAUs, Summons and Siege Kits)
- The usage of ARMORS/WEAPONS above your level will NOT be allowed ( NO separation Jade)
- NO invisibility
- No Resurrection SKILL
- NO ELVEN WEAPONS
